- DEREK RIGBY Review added: 2018.08.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I telephoned BMW Dorchester at 16.00 and asked for servicing and that's the last thing I heard. it's now 16.14 ! They must have a very big building that it takes a quarter of an hour for someone to simply pick up the phone or to say they are busy. 16.16 not impressed . The website shows that the branch closes at 18.00, perhaps the've all gone home early because it's too hot to work.
