I have been treated very badly by ATS and had my life put in danger not once but twice, they fitted a LH upper tie rod arm to my Jeep which failed, this basically means that you can not steer your car at all. I had my car towed back to ATS Dorchester by an independent company at my expense and was told by the manager of ATS Dorchester this should never happen in a life time and if i had been going more than 20 miles an hour i would be dead. They fitted another LH upper tie rod arm free of charge and promised to have the first part tested to see why it failed and would send me the report, i didn't receive a report. The second part also failed and again I couldn't use the steering, this was very scary and I was just about to go on the A35 duel carriageway. The AA came to my rescue and I asked them to take me somewhere else not ATS. I have not been offered any compensation for any of my expenses or stress and have been referred to a third party called A1 components. A1 components supply the parts to ATS and supplied the 2 tie rods that failed, i have kept the second part as evidence that both parts where faulty. I have now had a Chrysler Jeep part fitted and this has not failed. My expenses go into the £1000,s and no one is taking responsibility, court action is needed and I wish I had never chose ATS which motto is.. You're in Good Hands, why did ATS use A1 Components for a second time when the first part failed and had not researched the reason why.
